South of Main offers hourly, half-day, full-day, and weekend rates. You choose the rate that works best for your event. Our event space is available weekdays after 5 pm and weekends. We can be flexible with times when needed with advanced notice.

Pricing Includes

An elegant, cozy space to host your event where you can feel free to decorate or add your own special touch to the space

Appetizer plates, utensils, wine glasses, and water goblets for up to 30 people

Complimentary tea, coffee, and reverse-osmosis filtered water

Full use of the kitchen that includes a 5-burner gas stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, and a kitchen with necessary utensils and accessories  

Restaurant-style seating for up to 18 guests if needed

Use of our piano

Dinner plates, salad plates, bowls, and mugs for up to 20 people

A selection of trays, platters, cake stands, and serving utensils to use for your event

ADA compliant ramp for effortless entry
